Information for Paper Preparation

All submitted papers should be in MS Word (.docx) format and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.

The papers should be limited either to four OR six pages (with at least 3.5 pages), including figures, tables and references. The Word template available on this page can assist you to properly format your paper in the way accepted by the conference.

Please take into account the following important formatting guidelines:

  • use 210×279 mm paper size;
  • abbreviate the first names in the papers (for example: S. Vlad, R.V. Ciupa);
  • save one figure as complete file, not as several parts;
  • use the style-file for figures of the template;
  • do NOT insert any headers, footers, or page numbers, and do NOT apply security settings to your Word and PDF files.

The indicated formatting instructions must be strictly followed. The organizer reserves the right not to publish papers that do not conform to the prescribed format. Authors are responsible for having their papers checked for style and grammar prior to submission.
